Pakistan fast bowler Haris Rauf fined for breaching ICC code of conduct
Fast bowler Haris Rauf has been fined 20 per cent of his match fee and handed an official reprimand for breaching the ICC code of conduct during Pakistan’s epic one-wicket win over England in the ODI cricket tri-series. All-rounder Shadab Khan scored a scintillating unbeaten 113 on Sunday and left England stunned by adding 89 runs for the last wicket with Rauf to seal Pakistan’s place in Saturday’s final.
Rauf was standing at the non-striker’s end and appealed for a wide before arguing with England's Will Jacks during the 46th over of Pakistan's run chase. Rauf also raised his bat and continued the exchange despite warnings from umpire Sharfuddoula Ibne Shahid.
