Jennifer Kupcho pulled a win out of nowhere late on Day 2 to bring the Americans level with Team Europe at 8-8 heading into the singles and the Americans celebrated with a case of beer on the way home. The Europeans fought back Sunday to win 15-13 and regain the cup.
The jubilant Europeans chanted “they drink on Saturday, we drink on Sunday” on their team bus after the Solheim Cup was over.
