Utah Mammoth built for the long haul with core of young, talented players

The Utah Mammoth kicked off their third training camp with a bit of extra juice. Buoyed by a playoff appearance and their young core in tact, the Mammoth are eyeing a deeper run into the postseason this year. Utah general manager Bill Armstrong started a rebuild of his team's roster while it was still in Arizona and the Mammoth broke through with last year's playoff run. Players like Clayton Keller, Logan Cooley and Dylan Guenther have been the core Utah built around.

The Mammoth also added a couple of veterans, acquiring two-way center Vincent Trocheck in a trade and signing former Islanders captain Anders Lee.
